Evictions have been halted.
Between March 13th- April 13th, the Cook County Sheriffs Office will not enforce evictions. All evictions and court dates will be rescheduled for 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Similar to evictions, there was a 30-day moratorium on foreclosure decisions and enforcement in Cook County.
